BREAKING NEWS has two stories this week. Firstly the London City Airport Dockland Light Railway link to Canary Wharf and The Bank is finally operating. The official opening is due on Tuesday but passengers to and from the airport are now assured of what is undoubtedly the cheapest link to any London airport. Trains run every 7/10 minutes with a single fare of ”1.30 to Canary Wharf (”2.80 Bank) and a travel card with unlimited bus and rail in central London but ”7 (discounts available).
