Ride-hailing technology platform Karhoo has partnered with shared transport provider Moses to offer direct shuttle services across the UK for the last mile of journeys.
Moses works with transport operators such as Network Rail and National Express Coaches to offer passengers shared onward travel by taxi or private hire vehicle. Through the integration, Karhoo’s 53,000 vehicles in the UK will be available for use on the Moses platform.
The platform works by matching passengers travelling in a similar direction to offer customers better prices while reducing the number of cars on the road. It says the on-demand shuttle service is typically used as an alternative to private hire vehicles for the last-mile journey.
Meanwhile, Karhoo offers a network of regulated, licensed fleets across the country in both major cities and rural areas.

Earlier this year, Moses also partnered with GoMedia to provide rail passengers with an on-board tool to book taxis while on the train. Karhoo recently integrated Carey International’s chauffeur services.
