Heathrow Express is keen to show its commitment to customer service with today”s launch of ”Ambassadors.” The service involves a team of Customer Service Station Managers”a newly created role”at Paddington and Heathrow, who will provide extra support and greater customer interaction.
Commenting on the improved service, Heathrow Express” head of operations Richard Brown said: ”it is a great way to boost morale and teamwork within Heathrow Express and demonstrates to our customers, both here in the UK and internationally, that we are focussed on exceeding their expectations.”
The launch of the Ambassadors scheme was attended by UK newsreader Nicholas Owen (pictured left).
