Car rental firm Europcar has partnered with BMW Group to add “a range” of premium cars to its UK fleet.
Europcar Mobility Group UK said 15 new models will be added to its rental fleet for business and leisure customers in 2026. The additions include BMW’s 3 Series, 5 Series and 1 Series, along with electric models from the i4 and iX ranges. Some vehicles will also be available through the company’s Flex Model Choice fleet for business users.
According to Europcar, Flex Model Choice gives businesses access to BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) and PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) models without the long-term commitments or early exit penalties associated with leasing.
Adam McGhee, head of fleet procurement at Europcar Mobility Group UK, said: “We are committed to providing drivers with access to as wide a range of vehicles as possible, so there is something for everyone and for every journey.
“BMW is a brand that delivers a premium experience across every model… Adding to the wide range of hybrid and fully electric vehicles on the Europcar fleet, these new BMWs will also help even more drivers experience zero and low emissions driving.”
Customers renting electric vehicles will also gain access to more than one million public charging points across the UK and Europe following Europcar’s partnership with EV charging network Octopus Electroverse, the company said,
