Europcar is adding the Renault Zoe GT electric vehicle and the Ford Puma and Citroen C5 hybrid vehicles to its UK fleet from March.
Ron Santiago, Europcar’s UK managing director, said: “Europcar has a clearly stated mission to have more than a third of its fleet ‘green’ (electric, plug‐in hybrids and hybrids) by the end of 2023 as part of its ‘One Sustainable Fleet’ programme.
“In the UK we have been working closely with our manufacturer partners to identify ways to help us achieve this goal. Last year we introduced the MG ZS electric car to our fleet. Now we’re delighted to add the zero emission Renault Zoe GT as well as the award‐winning Ford Puma mild hybrids, all of which will help towards us reaching our ambitious targets of average CO2 reductions across our fleet.”
