Train operating company East Coast has extended its contract with Inntel by another year.
Inntel will provide East Coast employees with the provision of accommodation, conference and meetings management.
Dave Edwards, East Coast’s head of purchasing, said he had been impressed with Inntel’s customer “service, flexibility and knowledge of our business”.
He said: “Inntel take the stress away of booking hotels and venues, and this is why we have extended the current contract.”
Inntel has been working with East Coast since 2009.
Douglas O’Neill, Inntel’s managing director, said the specialist conference and hotel reservation agency works with a number of train operating companies.
“When a client extends a contract it is always particularly pleasing, as it’s an endorsement of our track record with them, and we are delighted that East Coast has chosen to do so,” he said.
“We look forward to working with East Coast to deliver even greater savings and efficiencies.”
