National Express Dot2Dot has expanded its service with a new door-to-door transfer service between London King”s Cross and Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Passengers arriving at King”s Cross station ” which adjoins St Pancras International Station with Eurostar services to Brussels and Paris - can now travel directly across the capital to Heathrow 24hrs a day, seven days a week. A single ticket will cost ”22 ($43) and further discounts are available for group bookings.
The Gatwick shuttle goes from King”s Cross to Victoria station, where the Gatwick Express train operates services to the airport every 15mins.
Dot2Dot”s executive shuttles have leather seats with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, safety seats for children and ample room for baggage to ensure comfortable journeys.
This announcement follows other recent expansions - in the last six weeks Dot2Dot has extended its services to include Heathrow Terminal 5, residential and business addresses across Canary Wharf as well as hotels, and extended the dedicated Gatwick service to operate around the clock.
Each shuttle takes up to ten passengers, so sharing a ride helps to reduce an individual traveller”s carbon footprint, the company points out.
