Dot2Dot has today (25 February) announced it has entered into a partnership with Go Lorrie”s Airport Shuttle of San Francisco.
The partnership will see the two companies promote each other”s services on their respective websites, and allows passengers to buy an integrated ticket for transfers to and from both airports though a single transaction.
San Francisco Airport has the highest proportion of passengers using a shared ride service of any US airport. Such services are well established in the US, with millions of Americans opting for the value and convenience of shared rides to travel to their departure airport.
Dot2Dot will offer the same benefits to passengers travelling on to London, collecting them from Heathrow and transporting them to the onward destination.
”San Francisco is a showcase for the potential of the door to door airport transfer service partnership,” said Dot2Dot business development director, Matthew Lovering.
”Everyday thousands of people travel between the San Francisco area and the airport using Lorrie”s service, and we look forward to providing visitors to London with the same great onward service once they have arrived.”
Both companies are members of the Go Airport Shuttle network, the largest airport ground transportation service in the world with a presence at more than 100 airports worldwide.
Dot2Dot recently announced an expansion of their services to offer transfers to Heathrow for corporate and residential customers within the Canary Wharf estate and is also currently in discussions with other Go Airport Shuttle networks across the world.
