Taxi service Cabfind has created a strategic partnership with dispatch specialist Icabbi to enhance its supplier and client connectivity.
Icabbi is a cloud-based dispatch system that will integrate into Cabfind's online booking platform, enabling ground transportation requirements to be fed directly to the relevant driver. The partnership will create automated end-to-end booking processes, delivering benefits such as journey visibility, reduced costs, administration efficiencies and data-rich reporting.
Existing suppliers using Icabbi will be migrated onto the system and other taxi companies currently working with the platform will have the opportunity to work with Cabfind.
Clients will now have visibility for on-time arrivals, journey times and mileage, as well as real-time itineraries to meet duty of care requirements.
The announcement comes as preparations for the launch of Cabfind’s new technology platform get underway.
