Avis Car Hire is happy to announce that it is taking steps to ensure that its customers are not out of pocket due to the unforeseeable events of the last 36 hours. The company will be waiving the Non Cancellation Fee that customers face if they fail to turn up to collect their vehicle - a cost of £20 per vehicle and £40 per vehicle on the Avis Prestige Fleet - as well as offering full refunds to pre-paying customers who contact their local customer service centre.
