London based private car hire company Addison Lee has appointed Magenta Technology to develop a multi-user software system, which will help them manage their business more efficiently.
Magenta”s software development team, working in Russia, will have the first of three new systems ready for January 2007. The first instalment will be a Java-based interface for Addison Lee”s 450 telephonists, which will help them enter and retrieve client details quickly and lower the company”s operations costs.
Two other software programs designed for driver management and accounts will be introduced during mid 2007.
