Hertz customers now can book Blacklane
chauffeured services via Hertz's website and customer service lines. The
service is meant for "customers who need an airport transfer for the first
and last legs of their trip or simply choose not to drive and use limousine or
chauffeur services at their destination," according to Hertz International
group president Michel Taride. Hertz initially will offer the service in
Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the
Netherlands, Spain and the U.K.
