Significant progress in developing technology that improves how the company manages its business and supports its clients. One of the key innovations has been Pulse, a custom-built internal business portal. Pulse brings together important operational information in one place, including staffmanagement, holidays, productivity insights and revenue projections. It connects data from the different booking streams across the business, giving the company a clearer and more accurate view of performance. The company has also introduced AI scanning technology to help process documents and statements digitally, allowing key information to be captured and passed directly into the finance system.
Developed AccomX, a bespoke event management and accommodation booking platform, designed to handle booking requests, event data, room allocations and sharing arrangements automatically. The system can create tailored front-ends for different client events and capture the specific information each event requires.
