Implemented a flexible multi-SBT strategy by integrating several booking tools including WonderMiles, Cytric, and KDS. This approach allows the company to adapt precisely to the unique needs and infrastructures of each client, offering a high level of customisation while ensuring operational agility. This strategic move has enhanced client satisfaction and helped the company retain key accounts by providing them with more choice and control. In parallel, the TMC has launched a major internal project to integrate generative AI into its core services. While still in development, this initiative is expected to transform how the company supports its customers, drive sales efficiency, and manage internal operations.
The company has also recently formalised a partnership with Bureau Veritas to refine and strengthen its CSR initiatives, particularly in measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This effort has been recognised by EcoVadis, which awarded the company the Silver Medal.
