In November 2025, Perk launched a new AI-native product transforming how companies manage travel and spend. The solution eliminates the hidden, manual tasks that drain productivity and morale - what Perk calls shadow work. This includes tasks that keep things moving but don’t create value like approvals, reconciliation, bookings, and policy compliance.
In 2025, after a $200M investment round, Perk acquired Yokoy, a leading expense management solution. And only 10 months later, it brought to market a unified AI-native travel and spend solution, bringing together corporate cards, expense management and invoice processing with its travel management product.
Perk Events is the first product developed and implemented from Perk’s Real Work Incubator, a dedicated, startup-style environment for Perk employees to pitch and build innovative products.
Perk Events automates the entire lifecycle, helping companies plan events from 9 to 5,000 people without the endless back-and-forth. It brings together centralized event management and booking, AI-powered venue matching with upfront pricing to help stay within budget, automated group travel coordination, attendee event pages with customizable admin controls to share key information, manage attendee RSVPs, and track details such as dietary requirements, and reporting tools - all supported by Perk’s team of human experts for more complex needs.
