BIGGEST INNOVATION OF 2025
JTB Business Travel announced the launch of Teal, a modern, cloud-based travel management platform designed to simplify, personalise, and transform the way companies manage their global travel programs. It has two tiers — Teal Premier for complex, enterprise programmes and Teal Essential for companies that want full booking content and global service without the overhead of a traditional implementation.
OTHER INFORMATION
As part of a significant network expansion, JTB Business Travel aims this year to deploy corporate travel services at its wholly owned operations in Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines and Thailand, and partially-owned ones in Indonesia and Vietnam. JTB will bring a Spotnana option with it while continuing to support Concur Travel.
The travel management company plans to have wholly owned operations in 19 of the top 50 countries by GDP, including existing facilities in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France and Italy. India and Switzerland are expected to follow. JTB has no plans for China.
