BIGGEST INNOVATION OF 2025
CTI’s 2025 innovations centred on international expansion, enhanced business intelligence and digital booking. The company strengthened its global presence to support multinational clients with consistent, locally adapted service; revamped its CTI BI tool, powered by Qlik Sense, to deliver real-time data insights and cost control; and introduced a multichannel digital booking platform for clients and consultants. It also created a more secure, automated environment to improve consultant productivity and compliance, gained certification to feed Concur Expense, reinforced 24/7 service and expanded through global bids, AI-driven tools, consulting services, a partnership with Ambimed and growth in specialist segments through its VAAM division.
OTHER INFORMATION
In 2025, gross transaction volume for the Italian operations increased, driven by growth in air and hotel services as well as the events and congress business unit. The increase was attributable mainly to a few major customers in the engineering, industrial and public sectors. The company also increased overall staff numbers by 10.1% to support its expanded client base.
