Achieved ISO 27001 accreditation and strengthened governance framework further with the appointment of a full-time compliance officer. Expanded NDC capability significantly, implementing direct NDC connections with Emirates and IndiGo and growing overall NDC portfolio to more than 20 airline partners included BA, Lufthansa, and Air France/KLM. In parallel, the company launched a completely redesigned website, modernising the Applehouse brand and creating a more, customer-focused platform for future growth.
