The company announced it would acquire 70% of the shares of Munich-based Atlantik-Luft-Reederei H.-J. Bopst GmbH & Co. KG (ALR) from Ludwig Stemmer. The remaining two managing directors, Christian Stemmer and Dominik Wolf, will each hold 15% of the shares. Founded in 1952, ALR specialises in business travel, has several locations in Germany, and also operates an event management agency at its Munich location. It has over 1,400 corporate clients.
