As Editorial Director, Elizabeth West is responsible for the overall content being delivered to the audiences of Business Travel News, Business Travel News Europe and Travel Procurement and product/channel development for each media brand. Elizabeth has helmed Business Travel News and Travel Procurement as Editor-in-Chief since 2015. Prior to that, she directed Content Solutions for the BTN Group and the Retail Travel Group both part of the Northstar Travel Group. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of Meeting News magazine and the Director of Content Solutions of ProMedia.travel. Elizabeth has reported on the business travel and meetings industries for more than 20 years and is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences.
