BTN Europe presents an overview of business travel and MICE predictions for this year
ExCeL London - 22-23 June 2021
Virtual Event - 1 October 2020
From 4 June, passengers travelling in United Airlines’ Polaris class will have access to a new lounge at Newark Liberty International airport.
The United Polaris Lounge features more than 27,000sqft of space with 455 seats in 15 different types. It offers 570 power outlets and 450 USB ports, as well as four private phone rooms. There are also ten private daybeds with Saks Fifth Avenue bedding and ten shower suites.
Passengers entering the lounge can take advantage of personal valet services, including garment steaming. There is also a bistro-like buffet including a do-it-yourself bagel bar, plus sandwiches and wraps, as well as a private dining room with space for up to 48 people.
The lounge at EWR follows the launch of a Polaris lounge at San Francisco airport, with others to follow at George Bush Intercontinental airport in Houston this summer and Los Angeles this autumn.
Located between gates C102 and C120, the lounge is open only to those flying in business class with Star Gold and Elites using the United Club.
