Business travellers
heading to Portugal will have to complete their passenger location form digitally
from today.
The form, which was previously
in paper form, can be found here.
The online form needs to be completed in advance of travel and the
receipt, either printed or on a mobile device, will be requested by the air
carrier at the boarding gate for verification of completion prior to embarkment.
The Portuguese government
said that the form is intended “to intercept and stop transmission
chains at the earliest possibility by tracking people who may have been in
close contact with confirmed infected passengers”.
