The Spanish government has announced that
travellers from 12 non-EU countries and regions, including the UK, are now
permitted to travel to Spain as of
midnight overnight on Sunday/Monday.
The 12 countries and regions are:
- Australia
- China
- Hong Kong
- Israel
- Japan
- Macau
- New Zealand
- Rwanda
- Singapore
- South Korea
- Thailand
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland
The Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchéz (top) has also announced
that as of 7 June, arrivals from countries with which there is not full freedom
of movement will be able to come to Spain if they have been fully vaccinated.
Sanchéz also added that EU digital Covid
certificates would start to be used from 1 July.
