LUFTHANSA is to introduce direct business-class only Munich - Newark and D”sseldorf - Chicago services commencing 19 May and 9 June. The flights will be operated by PrivatAir using 48-seat business jets. Lufthansa says it is also extending its successful partnership with the Swiss charter company on the popular D”sseldorf - Newark route. The airline introduced the flights after scheduled services, operated with code-share partner United Airlines, were cancelled following the terrorist attacks of September 11. http://www.lufthansa.co.uk
