LATAM Airlines Group has unveiled its new Premium Business product on board the first Boeing 777 in its fleet to feature the group’s new cabin renovations.
The group is investing US$500 million in improvements to the passenger experience, including US$400 million in new cabins.
LATAM’s new Premium Business product features a new menu designed by Chilean and Brazilian chefs Pamela Fidalgo and Aninha, which includes South American wines selected by master sommelier Hector Vergara.
In addition, the updated cabin crew service has fewer interruptions for passengers, while seats include premium pillows, bedding and mattresses with temperature-regulating and pressure-point technology.
The Boeing 777 is one of approximately 200 aircraft that will be upgraded over the next two years, according to LATAM. It features new Premium Business seats designed by Thompson with direct aisle access, a fully-flat bed, 18-inch screen with in-flight entertainment and storage space for personal belongings.

The aircraft’s Economy and LATAM+ cabins have also been updated.
The new cabins will initially be rolled out on the group’s international flights, while 150 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft will also be renovated with Recaro seats, USB power ports and a wireless in-flight entertainment system.
Miranda continued: “We are investing over half a billion dollars in cabin renovations and digital tools, as well as improving our service, offering each of our customers a tailor-made travel experience.”
