International Airlines Group's low-cost long-haul brand Level has launched a new route from Barcelona to Los Angeles as well as restarting its Barcelona-San Francisco seasonal summer service.
Level also will launch a Barcelona-Boston service from 1 May and will continue operating its Barcelona-New York route.
The company said that it is the only airline to offer direct flights from Barcelona to Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Level’s Barcelona-Los Angeles route currently operates three times weekly and will add a fourth departure on 1 June. The Barcelona-San Francisco route operates four times per week.
Level will offer more than 11,000 weekly seats this summer on its routes to the US, which is more than double its capacity in 2019. The carrier also codeshares with American Airlines and Alaska Airlines.
