SHANGHAI will join the Oneworld network in September when Finnair launches three flights a week to the booming Chinese city in the latest phase of its Asian expansion. As with Finnair's other Asian departures, Shanghai flights will leave Helsinki late in the afternoon, allowing for good connections from across Europe. Services from the Chinese city will also offer excellent transfers to the rest of Europe. The airline is in the meantime increasing frequencies to Beijing. A sixth weekly flight will be added from June and a seventh from the beginning of September, giving a daily service on the route. An alternative routing using Oneworld airlines is via Hong Kong. http://www.finnair.com
