Buying Business Travel editor Paul Revel joined one of three Airplus teams to complete Oxfam’s Trailwalker challenge.
The teams had to walk a 100km trail along the South Downs in under 30 hours. Collectively, the teams raised more than £5,500 to aid Oxfam’s work with the Gurkha Welfare Trust in Nepal.
Airplus managing director Yael Klein said: “The event was an indisputable challenge for all those involved, but an undeniable success – to have raised over £5,500 was beyond our expectations. We have been astounded by the support we have received.”
