Seattle has long been off Air France”s radar, but this is about to change with a new daily non-stop Paris flight from 11 June 2007.
''We are pleased to add Seattle as our newest gateway,'' said Air France vice president and general manager Marie-Joseph Male. ''Seattle is home to many leaders in the aerospace, biotechnology, computer technology and manufacturing industries, among others.
”We are confident that both the business community and the diverse international population in the Seattle area will benefit from our extensive global network and enjoy the exceptional travel experience Air France offers its passengers.''
The Seattle flight will be serviced with an Airbus A330-200, featuring Air France's New Travel Concept in a two-class configuration: 40 seats in l'Espace Affaires, (business class) and 179 in Tempo economy class. Air France says that its Concept adds more space, new seats and interiors to provide passengers with a relaxing and comfortable travel experience.
