All Nippon Airways (ANA) will extend its complimentary inflight wifi capabilities across its international network this summer.
The Japanese carrier will offer free internet access to all business class passengers on international flights, including access to emails and messaging via social media.
The complimentary service was previously restricted to domestic flights and first class passengers on international flights.
However in-flight wifi access will be suspended on three B777-300ER and six B767-300ER aircraft as the carrier looks to change its current internet supplier. The complimentary service on these aircraft will be launched “as soon as it is ready”.
Premium economy and economy class passengers will be able to access inflight messaging via social media “by the end of March 2025”, the carrier said.
