Hotel group Yotel is make its debut in Switzerland later this year with a property in the Lake Geneva area.
The design-focused company, which is based in London, plans to open Yotel Geneva Lake in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The Swiss property will feature 237 rooms with Yotel’s adjustable SmartBeds, sensory mood lighting and the ability to connect mobile devices to smart TVs.
Guests will check in using self-service stations or the Yotel app, with mobile devices also able to act as smart room keys.
Yotel Geneva Lake will also encompass a fitness centre for both guests and local workers, as well as the Danish-inspired Hygge entertainment, meeting and co-working area featuring a restaurant, bar, cafe and meeting facilities, which will be developed by Caviar House Airport Premium – Switzerland.

The brand currently operates six airport hotels and 13 city centre properties. New developments are also planned in destinations such as Dubai, Australia and the US.
