Following its launch in June this year, serviced apartment
brand Cove has opened a new flagship property in the Landmark Pinnacle building
in London’s Canary Wharf.
Overlooking the South Dock area of Canary Wharf, Cove – Landmark
Pinnacle is situated 13 minutes from London City airport and near an upcoming
Elizabeth Line station.
Arranged over the first 10 floors of the 75-storey
residential building, the property features 162 serviced apartments, including
72 studios and 90 one-bedroom apartments, 54 of which feature a private winter
terrace. Guest amenities include a social lounge, co-working area, yoga studio
and meeting rooms located on the first floor. In addition, guests have access
to some of Landmark Pinnacle’s facilities, including a gym on the 56th
floor, private dining area and a roof terrace and winter garden.
Each apartment offers a fully fitted kitchen, king-size bed
and integrated technology such as smart temperature control, a smart television
and private wifi. In addition, one-bedroom apartments feature a dishwasher,
washer-dryer, oven and hob, as well as a kitchen table.
Stephen McCall, CEO of Cove’s parent company edyn,
commented: “We’re delighted to see the return of both corporate and leisure
travel, and with its return we’ve noticed a shift in attitude that favours less
frequent but longer stays – prompted by a renewed responsibility for their
environmental impact. Cove has been designed to acknowledge and adapt to these
changing traveller habits, which will become increasingly prevalent in the
coming years.”
