Ruby Hotels has opened its 16th hotel in Europe with the debut of a new property in London’s Notting Hill district.
The Munich-based company has unveiled Ruby Zoe which offers 173 rooms across its six floors at Notting Hill Gate with a design based around the area’s history and Caribbean heritage.
The hotel’s public areas on the ground floor include a bar and retail area including a vinyl store “curated” by Ruby’s resident artists.
Ruby Zoe is the brand’s second property in London – it already has a hotel, Ruby Lucy, close to Waterloo station. While a third location Ruby Stella in Farringdon is also set to open in early 2024.
Last year, Ruby Group opened its first hotel in Amsterdam, Ruby Emma, as well as its second property in its home city of Munich.
