Following in the footsteps of the American Hotel &
Lodging Association and several hotel companies, both large and small, Radisson
Hotel Group has released enhanced cleanliness guidelines for its properties.
The programme includes measures recommended by the US
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, as
well as several standards AHLA released on Monday, such as promoting physical
distancing, increased frequency and enhancement of cleanings, and more
contactless options for check-in, check-out and payment. It also features input
from Diversey, a cleaning and hygiene solutions provider.
Radisson also has partnered with SGS, an inspection,
verification, testing and certification company, to introduce an official label
of cleanliness and disinfection that will be available to hotels upon
completion of a comprehensive local audit.
