Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of the Radisson RED London Greenwich, which will mark the upscale brand’s debut in the UK capital.
The property will join two other Radisson RED hotels in Glasgow (pictured) and Liverpool, and will be located within walking distance of the O2 Arena. It will also offer access to central London via road links, bus routes and an Underground station.
London City airport is five miles from where the hotel will be located.
The property is part of an £8 billion project to redevelop the Greenwich Peninsula, which aims to turn the destination into a mixture of residential, retail and office space.
Alongside 70 guest rooms, the hotel will offer a bistro, bar and a gym.
