Marriott International has opened a new dual-branded complex at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport incorporating both Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn properties.
The property is only Marriott’s third dual-branded property in Europe and is being managed by Cycas Hospitality, which already runs Hyatt Place and Hyatt House at Paris’ hub airport.
The new-build development includes a 229-room Courtyard by Marriott, alongside the first Residence Inn aparthotel in Paris offering 106 studio and one-bedroom suites.
Guests at both properties will be able to use the building’s shared facilities including an all-day kitchen and bar, seven meeting spaces, fitness studio and underground parking.
A free shuttle service is available to transfer guests to the airport’s Terminals 1,2 and 3 with the journey taking seven minutes.
Luc Vicherd, vice president operations, France, at Cycas Hospitality, said: “We are delighted to have opened our first hotels in France with Marriott International and proud to now manage two double-decker hotels on the doorstep of one of Europe’s busiest airports, including Marriott’s very first dual-brand in France.”
Cycas Hospitality has opened or taken over 17 hotels in Europe over the past 18 months including its first property in Switzerland.
