Hybrid hotel concept Zoku is opening its first site in France later this year.
The company has signed a management contract with real estate firm Covivio for a property in Paris.
The hotel, which combines living and business space, is slated to open in the autumn and is part of a mixed-use development called the Stream Building.
Zoku will operate the hotel and long-term stay residence which features 109 loft rooms, a restaurant, bar, co-working area and event space.
Netherlands-based Zoku, which styles itself as a home-office hybrid with hotel services, already has properties in Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Vienna.
