Two new properties have opened in London from Aptel Hotels and serviced apartment specialist Synergy Global Housing.
Aptel East is the brand's first aparthotel, located in the Spitalfields area of east London, featuring 33 suites, including family suites for four and studios for one or two guests.
The technology-focused brand allows guests to access their suite by using a unique access code via a touchscreen device. Aptel also provides a 24-hour concierge service to guests.
Karan Uppal, founder and CEO of Aptel, said: “When developing the Aptel model, I focused on striking a balance between offering all guests a modern, comfortable and stylish home away from home, with a seamless and safe experience.”
Aptel plans to open more properties in London and other UK cities over the next 12 to 24 months.
Synergy The Strand is the latest serviced apartment development in central London from Synergy Global Housing.
Located opposite the Royal Courts of Justice, the new London property offers a range of 12 apartments with one, two or three bedrooms.
Synergy has removed all single-use plastics and micro-bead toiletries from its apartment buildings, as part of the company’s sustainability policies.
Stephen Hanton, president international at Synergy, added: “These apartments deliver an inspired guest experience that matches the ethos of our sustainability initiatives, all the while offering our clients bespoke offerings in the heart of one of London’s most desirable districts.”
