The Accor hotel group has this month opened a 227-room Novotel property adjacent to Hamburg's main railway station.
The Novotel Hamburg Central Station has five meeting rooms, fitness centre and a restaurant specialising in Nordic cuisine, and is located on the doorstep of the Mönckebergstrasse pedestrianised area.
It is among a raft of new Accor properties opening across Europe in early 2024, which also include a new Novotel in Bruges, the TRIBE Milano Malpensa hotel, and the group's first Swissotel properties in Montenegro and Georgia.
In the UK, the group is set to expand the TRIBE brand with a new hotel in Manchester and a new ibis Styles at London Gatwick Airport.
Accor already operates around 3,000 premium, midscale and economy hotels in the region and has a development pipeline of more than 350 hotels and 45,000+ rooms in the Europe and North Africa region.
