EUROPE'S LEADING TMC NETWORKS 2026
The consortia and other networks of travel management companies continue to offer an alternative for many corporates, particularly those with multinational programmes but which do not require the standardised experience of a single TMC globally.

The merger of Amex GBT and CWT has reduced competition at the top end of the market so perhaps it is now time for many companies to consider one of the growing business travel networks.
Networks like Advantage and One Global Travel offer economies of scale and they have carved out an impressive share of the market, particularly when it comes to technology development. Tech is an expensive proposition for a small to medium-sized TMC, particularly in an era of artificial intelligence, and a network allows smaller TMCs to punch above their weight when it comes to technology offerings but with a reduced barrier to entry.
With individual travel management companies growing sales during 2025, it comes as no surprise that the networks are doing the same. At its annual conference in Madrid, Advantage Travel Partnership announced record financial results for the year ending FY25, with collective UK member turnover exceeding £8.9 billion — an increase of £30 million on the prior year, bringing total turnover across its global network to £17.6 billion. The network represents more than two thirds of the UK’s leading TMCs.

Uniglobe expanded in 2025 through the acquisition of the ITP Network, the global agency consortium centred around account networking and a global hotel program. The Uniglobe regional team in London was bolstered by the addition of Hans Rudbeck Dahl and Kristel Ruinet, both formerly from ITP.
At the end of 2025, the Focus Travel Partnership announced a strategic agreement with Manchester Airport, which it called “the first formal collaboration of its kind between an airport operator and a UK travel consortium”. The deal would help enhance “operational insight and joint initiatives designed to elevate the business traveller experience”.
The organisation underwent a number of leadership changes in 2025. Paul Spencer, formerly of Hillgate and Statesman Travel, was named managing director in April. In September, the network announced Dani Ives as head of commercial, Joanne Emerson as head of marketing and events and Tomy Edge as head of product & technology.
In response to the financial issues experienced by Corporate Travel Management, BTN Europe have temporarily removed the listing for the CTM Partner Program, the former Radius Travel network which was acquired by them in 2020 as part of its acquisition of Travel and Transport.
