The Miles Consultancy has recruited Paul Springate as director of sales operations for its new Mobility iQ “super app”.
Mobility iQ aggregates bookable ground transport content from around the world and calculates related carbon emissions to help corporates in their efforts to make their business travel more sustainable.
Springate joins The Miles Consultancy after working in the corporate travel and mobility sectors for more than 15 years. He was previously a global strategic account manager at car rental firm Sixt.
In his new role, Springate will oversee the development and deployment of Mobility iQ, as well as being responsible for sales operations, and managing customer and supplier onboarding and relationships.
“I am delighted to have joined The Miles Consultancy to be a part of developing and implementing the world’s first smart and sustainable mobility super app,” said Springate.
“Our mission is clear: to transform the mobility ecosystem and help corporate travellers travel across all modes of ground transport more intelligently, sustainably and cost efficiently.”
Stuart Donnelly, president of Mobility iQ, added that the company had recruited five new team members in recent months.
“2023 is going to be a really exciting year for us and Paul’s experience will become invaluable as we are delivering the game-changer that is the world’s first smart and sustainable mobility super-app,” said Donnelly.
