Key innovations in 2021
CTM launched carbon budgets for individual travellers, teams and companies at the point of search in Lightning. Travellers can see their CO2 budget change in real-time as they add flights, hotel, rail, or car journeys to one of up to five separate trip baskets, helping travel managers drive more sustainable choices. Customers can also now assign multiple approvers for different aspects of travel anywhere in the world, with trips queued to different individuals for risk, price, CO2, destination and hundreds of other policy variables.
