Enhanced myCWT platform with new capabilities such as flight seat selection, search functionality to find hotels close to an office location, enhanced trip disruption support and the expansion of its messaging support channel to more clients. Launched Intelligent Display recommendation engine on RoomIt hotel platform. Equipped travel counsellors with a customer experience platform to give them a 360° real-time view of a traveller’s journey across all channels.
