Radisson Hotel Group has announced plans to open a new Radisson RED property close to Edinburgh airport.
The new-build property, which will be known as Radisson RED Edinburgh Airport, is set to open in late 2025 when it will feature 204 rooms, including six suites, as well as a bar and restaurant on the top floor overlooking the airport.
The top floor of the hotel will also offer around 2,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a conference room.
Adela Cristea, Radisson Hotel Group’s vice president, business development for the UK and Ireland, said: “We very much look forward to bringing our fun and vibrant Radisson RED brand to Edinburgh airport. It will offer business and leisure travellers a relaxed stay within an informal setting to kickstart their holiday or unwind after a long journey.”
Radisson RED already has UK properties in Glasgow and Liverpool, as well as near the O2 Arena in Greenwich in London, and at Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
